Waiver

I understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks, paddle boards and canoes and other water equipment** is at my own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the water equipment**.

I accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the water equipment** and hold owner harmless. I understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of water equipment** may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the water equipment** if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the water equipment** while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.

I agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents I may incur. I understand the risks discussed above and agree that I will assume all responsibility for myself and for the consequences of those in my party. I agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Candle Lake Storage for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the water equipment**. All those under my rental agreement acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the renter and Candle Lake Storage. 

I, of my own free will, for myself, my family, my minor children and any associates or executors, have read, understand and acknowledge the risks and liability for myself and my family.
